Sommelier Wine Box is an innovative startup, a first mover in the Digital Wine Market sector, born in 2018 from the idea of a brother and sister with a great passion for the wine world. The project aims to make wine lovers discover the best local wine excellences, not easily found on the shelves of a large-scale distributer.
Your Wine Club
The concept offers a monthly journey to discover the enological world through a subscription service, in which the user receives 3 or 6 bottles of niche wines comfortably at home every month, produced by excellent winemakers from all over the world and discovered by great sommeliers.
During the wine discovery journey, Sommelier Wine Box provides its Wine Club with a Wine Concierge service. This service involves a personal assistant who supports and refines the wine selection based on customers’ feedback.

Sommelier Wine Box, in the first half of 2022, launched an equity crowdfunding campaign aimed at procuring a capital increase through the Mamacrowd platform. The objective of the raise, which closed in August 2022, was to help strengthen SWB’s presence in the Italian market and to encourage greater penetration in the foreign market.
