Johix is an e-renting start-up founded in 2019 as the first Italian marketplace for rental services, intending to innovate and digitalize a strongly traditional sector.
Products “as a service”
Johix makes available the know-how developed in this sector and its technological platform, proposing itself as the first enabler of an ‘as a service’ product offer for partner companies that want to introduce the renting formula into their commercial proposition.
In fact, the JOHIX platform is able to connect renters with customers who need to rent goods in the short, medium and long term by proposing a digital, simplified, and efficient rental experience.
The JOHIX product offering is the widest on the market because it is cross-category, unlike competitors who choose to specialise in individual sectors, and includes home fitness equipment, furniture for events, home staging and even mini-pools.

In 2022 Johix launched the JOHIX App for the digital subscription of rental contracts for any durable goods, with customers ranging from individuals to companies. The APP created specifically to simplify the rental process between the vendor and customer, is scalable to any product sector & type of business network, and is available as white label to allow partner companies a greater customisation of the service.
In these years of activity One Factory has supported Johix on several fronts: starting with the management of the Pivot carried out by the company in 2020, acting as the Project Management for major international project, passing through the support provided for the re-design of the new platform, and up to the present, where OF continues to work on strategic issues side by side with the top management.
